Hi, I heard Dino's cover of "Good Year for the Roses" about six or seven years ago on British DJ John Peel's legendary radio show - I couldn't for the life of me remember who did it, when it was released, or any ever important information like that, and the cassette that I taped the show on has long since died a warped magnetic death; however, feeling suddenly nostalgic, a google search led me to your blog and the whole album. I just saw this guy performing in the movie "Blood Diner," a couple of songs from this LP I believe. And thanks to the magic of the internet and your generous share I can hear the rest of it! Never heard of this guy before tonight, either.
